Our sustainable catering options for your event feature CO₂-friendly products: fresh, seasonal, regional, and organic. This is a given at the world’s most sustainable event venue. To meet these standards, we follow strict quality guidelines:

  • Seasonal products

  • Consistently sourced from the region and/or organic

  • CO₂-reduced menus and aperitifs

  • Products not produced in Switzerland must be certified for fair trade

Freshness and sustainability in the kitchen are guaranteed by our catering partner, Dinnercatering. The sustainability concept is implemented as consistently and transparently as possible across all areas – events, the restaurant, and seminars.

Ecological Sustainability
Responsible use of resources is the foundation of successful operations. For example, we reduce food waste by transforming leftovers from events in our daily restaurant into affordable, nutritious lunch meals. True to our motto: “Give, and you shall gain!”
